PROJECT OVERVIEW
PROJECT OVERVIEW
The Market is our retail hub in New Cairo, created to serve a large and growing residential community of more than 300,000 people. The brief was straightforward: build a place that organizes daily life. A place where essentials are nearby, movement is simple, and access is effortless. Located at the intersection of the Mohamed Naguib Axis and Gamal Abdel Nasser Axis, The Market sits at a natural node in the district’s circulation network, connecting directly to the Cairo–Suez Road, South 90 Street, and the Ring Road.

The Concept
The Concept
The development is organized to handle high-frequency daily visits without friction. Anchored by a premium supermarket, the layout distributes essential services, restaurants, and retail units to prevent crowding and maintain smooth pedestrian circulation. Underground parking, accessible pathways, and reliable on-site systems ensure that the structure functions dependably, even during peak operational hours.

Logic
Logic
Though designed for a wide and diverse residential community, The Market follows the same principles that guide all our projects: good planning, responsible engineering, and long-term operational stability. It is not a statement building. It is a necessary one. It is a commercial asset that does its job quietly and consistently, built to serve its immediate geography for decades.
